Hello developers & experts!

I have an issue which I cannot identify and I hope someone can help me with this.

For reference, our website URL is https://www.thecbdhut.co.uk/

When checking Ahrefs, For some reason, all of our product pages are showing a 404 error. It looks like the errored URL is using the H1 title. I am not sure what this issue is here and where I can find the issue to fix (in which code file and what to look for) Although I am fairly certain it is due to spaces in URLs but unsure where to find this to verify.

Please help identify if you can. I am sure it is a simple fix.

Here is a screenshot of the Ahrefs issue:

Thanks a lot!

Not sure either, I'd look closer in the page code.

You could use Matrixify to export all URLs slugs and check them. Yes looks u got spaces in URLs, but on the product URL page in backend Shopify you should be able to change the URL slug.

Hi @sweetgeezvapes !

Thanks @crltonroocha for the mention!

Matrixify can help out here! You can Export your Product and/or Collections Handles/Slugs in bulk to check if there are spaces in them and also update them with Matrixify following this guide

However, the issue could also be in created redirects possibly. The reason I mention redirects is because Shopify itself does not actually allow spaces in Handles/Slugs so it is likely that you will not find the issue there, but maybe in any redirects that have been created. Shopify does allow spaces in Redirects. You can find this in Online Store -> Navigation -> View URL Redirects. This is just a guess though!

We can look into this in more detail if you reach out to our support
