Use Translate & Adapt and translate alt texst / or other compatible app?

Hi everyone,

I have a question. My default language is English. I did not change this because it was recommended and translated everything to Dutch (my main market). But now I can not translate the alt texts. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this? For instance a app that works well together with autotranslate from shopify?

Good morning, Thank you very much for the answer. I myself could not find how to translate alt texts with shopify autotranslate/ And as a starting entrepreneur I think it is a waste to spend money on just translating the alt texts. But if there is no other option, it will have to be done. Thanks for your answer and I wish you a nice day
