Users adding listing

Hello,

Can I create a page where users can list their items (pictures and few texts). Their items would not automatically go online as a marketplace, but instead their submittals would be managed by the admin panel.

would that be possible?

While you can use something like Multi Vendor Marketplace to manage and allow users to create their own listings and seller profiles, you may need to explore the app for any approval features as this wasn't clearly indicated on their app descriptions. Nevertheless, the app offers a 15-day free trial for you to try out and see if it's the right fit for you. Should you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page. 

That being said, while it's possible to create various pages on Shopify, the issue comes down to integrating the users and submissions with the backend of Shopify as you would also need something that allows you to manage the datas. For this reason, I believe using a third-party app, like Multi Vendor Marketplace, would likely be the best option as their app provides an interface that allows you to manage the users and product listings easily.

However I just need customers to complete a form, which includes uploading a picture. So the features for the marketplace is more than what I need & different. Is there an app or a plugin to include on a Shopify store for customers to complete such form?

If you're looking to create a form for customers, then you can consider using a third-party form builder app. However, in order to allow customers to upload images and a way for you to manage the files, then you'll need to explore the form builder apps to see if any of them supports file uploads. Otherwise, you may also need something like Uploadery. As this process may require more than one app and a bit of manual work to integrate, I believe that Multi Vendor Marketplace may still be a more viable solution if you want to allow users to upload their own product listings.
