Using passport with old name as ID for payment setup

Hello.

My partner and I are setting up Shopify for our business (UK based), and have arrived at the payment setup section. She is the business bank account holder and that has been registered fine. Now we need to upload a passport (her passport) as proof of ID, however she has recently changed her last name and the passport hasn't been updated yet. Do we have to wait until that's all done or is there another way of verifying that it's her passport, even it still has her old name on it? Ditto this same issue for proof of address (although I think that may be easier as she has informed various places, including her bank, of the name change and had it officially changed).
