Using product tags on menu to filter collection

Hello,

We moving from another shopping cart to Shopify.  We'd like to use 11 different collections (clip art, printables, etc) in the menu and filter on product tag. 

 

However, when we do this the top of the page displays the collection name instead of the product tag. 

 

Is there a way to display the product tag name at the top instead of the collection name?  Thanks!

Can you please tell exactly what you need the breadcrumb to look like?

The breadcrumb is fine.  We just need the word the arrow is pointing at to be the product tag not the collection name.
