We are fairly new to Shopify. We have PO's that can have over one hundred sku's on them. We import the items using a CSV file. When the PO is created we are unable to print directly from the po in the Stocky Inventory Management. We have been tagging them in the CSV with the purchase order number so we can print based on the tag in the product section of Shopify. I have no idea why the Zebra printer is not compatible for printing from the Stocky App when Shopify sells these as a compatible printer.
Can anyone who has has this problem and solved it help me. I am grateful for the help, thanks in advance for the kindness.
I just switched over from QB pos to Shopify and of course I purchased the recommended hardware. It's criminal that they don't allow you to print from their app with a Zebra printer after you have purchased it. I already own a dymo printer too. Why is Shopify selling unsupported hardward, I too have tons of skus on a regular basis and it's a 2 step process getting these labels printed. Please update Stocky ASAP to support the hardware you sell!
