We’re based in Honolulu, HI, and recently we've been having trouble with USPS shipping labels. When I try to create a USPS label, I get an error message saying, 'The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations.' Strangely, if I switch to UPS, then back to USPS, the message disappears, and it allows me to select USPS Ground Advantage and proceed. Has anyone else in Hawaii (or other remote locations) encountered this error? Any ideas on what could be causing it or how to fix it?
We are having the same issue for packages originating in Los Angeles and going to Australia. Today is the third time it's happened this month.
This error is still happening everyday for us. 😦 I hope it gets fixed soon.
Did your package from LA to Australia deliver fine?
When the message disappeared did you proceed to fulfill the order? If so, did the package deliver?

Actually, even when there is a message, you can still proceed and purchase the shipping label. The packages get delivered just fine.
We have also not had trouble with delivery and this thread is making me worry less, so thanks to both of you for chiming in.
