UTM parameters lost when not purchasing order

we are using UTM parameters to track the users source.

We have also synchronized Shopify with HubSpot via the standard HubSpot - integration of Shopify.

We noticed that, when an order is purchased, a Contact is created on HubSpot with the associated UTM parameters.

However, when the user inserts its data, but then doesn't perform the last step (i.e. he does not complete the checkout), the Contact gets created on HubSpot but without the UTM parameters.

The issue seems to be on Shopify side since, when looking at orders on Shopify, I can see those parameters, while I can't when looking at abandoned orders.

Do you know why this is happening and if it's possible to keep the UTM params info also on those users who do not complete the checkout?
