Variant metafield randomly showing image and colour

Hello! We recently noticed on one of our products that the variant swatch is showing the images we assigned to each metafield, except for 3 of the variants. They are all assigned and it is only happening with one product, I've attached images of how its looking, the metafields set up and how it should look on another product.

Please advise as we can definitely notice that people are avoiding the plain colour block variants.
