Hello!  I mostly make spirit wear and need a very simple website.  I'm 100% NOT a web designer so setting all this up is a bit over my head.  I simply want to add the option to select if you want the design on a t-shirt, crewneck sweatshirt, or hoodie.  Then possibly color option if that specific product allows, and of course size.  I do want an option for customization in the case of adding number or name on back etc...  What is the best theme, or maybe variant/option app that is dumbed down enough for me to set up these simple selections.

If you want to add price to the personalization, you can set your add-on price here:

Then using Conditional Logic in the Advanced Settings to make sure that, personalize options only show up when customers click Yes.

You can show the personalization in real-time, just simply select the "Enable Live Preview" for Text box like this:
