VAT FOR ORDERS OVER 150 EUROS

Hoping someone can give me some insight / help!

Currently collecting VAT for the EU and UK with our IOSS and UK VAT Number for orders over 150euros and 135GBP.

How do I collect VAT on all orders for over these amounts?

I am using AVALARA.

I am shipping from Australia to the EU and UK.
