Does anyone know why my customers aren’t seeing the Venmo button when trying to pay on their mobile devices? The Venmo button appears fine when they’re on a desktop, but it’s missing when they’re using their phones.
I’ve had PayPal Wallet set up for several years and recently confirmed that my Shopify integration is working correctly.
I want to provide my customers with a seamless checkout experience on mobile, including the ability to pay with Venmo. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

- Clear mobile cache
- Hope theme supports Venmo on mobile
- Use updated Shopify app

Venmo has already been enabled.
Caches & apps are cleared and updated.
I do not use Hope, but rather a paid theme that supports Venmo on mobile.
Customers do see Venmo when checking out on their desktop. It appears as a QR code to scan on their mobile device. They do not see Venmo when checking out on their phone. The Venmo button is not visible.
