I purchased a domain through shopify and I was sent an email to verify my email. I clicked the link in my email to verify and it showed that the action is completed. But once returning to the app, it still told me I need to verify my email. I pressed the button to resend the email but it just says a server error.

Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'

When I click on the only link I received first time, it sais "link expired"

This is definitely strange. In your Shopfiy admin does the domain say 'Pending,' or 'Action Require?' Can you also let me know how much time passed before you purchased the domain until you used the verification link in your email?

It doesn't show "pending" nor "verification required".. When I click on domains from settings, i can see my domain with a subdomain same url, and myShopify.com domain.
I have clicked on the verification link right after I received it, it was just few moments. I did showed it was verified after clicking on it, but yet, I'm seeing that verification message and re-send button shows that server error
