I have narrowed down an issue that I have had for months to Verizon. Any device using data (not wifi) that has Verizon cannot open my site. I have contacted Verizon and Shopify support, but no progress. Help!

Thanks for reaching out. Can you share more details about what Verizon has said when you contacted them? Verizon may be blocking your site for some reason, which we don't have control over.

Thanks for the reply. They essentially told me they were going to look into their network and email me what they found. I have not heard anything back. If there is something on my site causing this I would love to find out what that is so I can fix it. I have very little hope Verizon is magically going to fix this. I looked around on the internet and there are a few other articles talking about this issue and the thought that it MAY be the IP address. So I changed my IP address to another Shopify approved address and that did not fix it either. I'm stumped and frustrated because I know that this has cost me customers and sales.

I do recommend waiting to hear back from them. Since the common issue is the Verizon network, they may be blocking something on their end. If they do respond back with a specific issue on your store that's causing this, feel free to get back in touch with us and we can investigate further with you.
