Victim of Fraud NEED Live Support

Dear Shopify Admin,

I've been attempting to reach out to you all because I believe someone is using my information without my knowledge and created a Shopify store fraudlently. I completed ALL STEPS to contact live chat person but the steps aren't working because I keep getting a signature doesn't matches my name error when submitting the fraud report. I typed my signature and it matches exactly my full name. Every type of report I attempt to submit is giving that error. How is there no way to contact you as a victim of possible identify theft and fraud!!!!! I had to create a Shopify account, create a store, buy a free trail JUST TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON ON CHAT and that isn't working!

While you are waiting for Shopify support, you can file a claim to the online fraud division:

If they are using trademarked information you will want to report that as well. I would personally send them a cease and desist letter.
