Video Modal not calling its .js file and therefore not opening the modal?

Im trying to create a video modal from a working codepen. The modal is not opening, I think because my biovideo.js is not being called?

I’ve created a separate biovideo.js file in the shopify assets folder
Its referenced in my custom html block like this: <script src="/assets/biovideo.js"></script>

Im getting a 404 in dev tools. The request url https://epicdraws.com/assets/biovideo.js page

my biovideo.js file is in the assets folder

Can anybody give me a steer please?
