Video Not Showing On Mobile devices - Capital Theme

Hi, 

New site using the Capital Theme.

Issue - Video at header of home screen is Not Showing On Mobile devices.

Mobile phone tried - iphone13 & iPhone 8. 

Video is showing as a blank black rectangle.

I have tried to attach the video via a link to youtube and via an upload directly to shopify files. I have also reduced the resolution etc but no luck on all fronts. I have raised this query in another (unresolved) discussion.

I have also contacted (twice) the third party responsible for the theme, but have had no response, which is super frustrating as it is obviously a paid theme. 

Can anyone suggest a solution please? Or alternatively suggest a way of contacting shopify to report the issue?
