Violation of Section 7 automatic store close??

We already have successful online stores running via Shopify (in my wife's name), we have just set up a new business and this time to keep it completely separate its in my name, we set up the account, purchased the domain names (x2) for the business, we put a 'dummy' product on the site to see how it would look but never made the website 'live', however within 24h Shopify had emailed saying its in violation of Section 7, and closed the site!!! no questions no anything??, we have tried using the appeal form but that just crashes, we have been on to customer support (who are all really nice and seem to be doing there best), who can't help us they just log it with another team, we have no turn around time to when this will be looked into?? I don't get it the domains are purchased so I can not get them again, so I'm stuck in limbo now, we can not do any work on the site or art work or logo's or anything, as we don't even have access to our own business name domains.

Can anyone help with this, I assume that an automatic thing to try and keep dodgy website from opening, but I can't get help to prove that its legitimate.

I had the same thing happen to me on Etsy. I appealed three times and disputed following their directions with no luck. I was never able to speak with a human. After five years and a very successful business, they shut me down for violating a policy—their bots are not intelligent and falsely flagged my shop several times!! "repeated violation warnings" resulted in them closing my shop. They destroyed my business selling stamps and paper ephemera with one decision and click. It's devastating
