It's been about two or three weeks that I have not received any orders so today I went to my store and I was surprised to see the following message:
Something went wrong.
I have checked those items but still do not see any clue why it's offline. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.

Hi, @stinkyCheeze. There are a number of reasons why a store may be unavailable so it's difficult for us to say for certain what happened here, but I'm happy to share more information to help.
Typically this happens if there is an issue with your account. In those situations you would be notified by Shopify through an email to the account owner or through a notification in your Shopify admin. I recommend double checking your admin and all of your email folders (including your junk or spam folder) to see if you have received any information you may have accidentally missed.

When you see this message, that means your store was closed (usually without any email notification from Shopify) and you couldn't access your funds in your Shopify Balance (if you use it as a payout method). And when you contact them about why your store's closed, they would say they will send an email to request some additional documents/information. You submit these documents as required and you may wait forever to receive their response. For me, it's been 1 month since I sent the verification documents and never heard from them. I lost my funds in the Balance as well.
