Visitors aren't being tracked

The last couple of hours visitors to my website haven't been registering. I know people are there because orders have been coming in. But they're not showing up as being on the site in the dashboard.

 

 you can see the drop off at about 1900

Anyone else experiencing problems?

As per our Shopify Status page, we haven't received any reports of visitors not being tracked in the Online store sessions section of the admin. Some customers may use browser extensions that block tracking, which can prevent their sessions from being recorded. You'll also want to ensure that your reporting time zones are set correctly, as this can affect how data is displayed.
