If you printed the label from Shopify and the package has been accepted/scanned at the postal office, the system should have prevented the label from being voided.
Try reaching out to support, they can look into it

Currently, there is no way to cancel the void shipping label. May I ask which shipping carrier you purchased the label with (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc)? If the package had already been scanned by the carrier, you wouldn't have been able to void the label. Once it does get scanned, depending on the carrier, it is possible that it will still go through and we’ll see an adjustment charge.
Other times it will be returned to the sender (yourself). In that case, you will need to repurchase the label and ship it out again. For some additional context on this, check out: Changing and Voiding Shopify Shipping Labels.
