My Shopify store was shut down without any prior notice or warning, claiming that I violated the AUP policy. However, I have reviewed it many times and still cannot understand which rule I violated. I believe that normal store operators would never violate these policies. I am now extremely angry and frustrated because I have 20+ accounts of my clients which i am handling and they invested so much money in finding suppliers and i invested my skills and time for good sales and advertising money for better sales. Now exact 3 days before payouts they terminated my all clients store which a operating on my gmail. Why is my agency being treated this way? Does Shopify completely discriminate against individuals? When a personal merchant on a basic plan encounters difficulties, there is no customer support at all, right?
