Want to add 2 buttons to product page

I want to add 2 custom button for my product page when customer click on those button it show popup to enter customer details about product.

Button 1: Get Bulk Pricing

Button 2: Don't like the price? Make an offer!

Could you please confirm whether the pop-up form is already prepared to appear when the button is clicked?

Moreover, I believe adding two buttons is acceptable; Would you mind sharing the website link with me to check further? 

Lastly, regarding the addition of the form, it should be prepared in advance.

Hey, liz, My store was closed after I changed the credit card information because the credit card expired. I contacted Shopify support and they escalated my issue, but there has been no response. I tried to log in to the store owner's account, but I still can't enter the store page. Can you help me?

Because my credit card expired, I was worried that I would not be able to pay the bill after the bill was generated, so I updated my credit card. However, I did not expect that my store would be suddenly closed after the update. I saw online that credit card information cannot be modified, otherwise it would easily trigger risk control and lead to store closure.
