Want to insert a TABLE into a page, but I don't know how, solutions I find online aren't working

Hi, I've been wanting to insert a table into a page through rich text.
Instructions I've found online shows that there is an 'insert table' button with a table icon in a rich text editor, but I can't find it in my editor, no where at all.

I'm assuming that

a. Shopify's interface may have been updated since then, or

b. I'm blind and I can't find it anywhere

Could someone help me and let me know the exact instructions on how to insert a table into a page please?

It's understandable that the interface may have evolved, and finding specific features can be a bit challenging.
