Wanted to connect custom liquid (text box) to notes section

im try to connect custom liquid (text box) to notes section. 

custom liquid section is in my product page

and when customer enters text and submit and orders the product. the text to appear in notes section on backend 

can someone help me to do that. which files needs to be edited so that it can work?
