Was anyone else made aware that payouts now depend on which 3rd party bank is used?

I have always had my payouts scheduled throughout the day. Yesterday I noticed my payouts changed to scheduled for 2 days out. I have personally made no changes, however upon reaching out to support I received the following answer. Was anyone else made aware of this?

After conducting a thorough investigation with our Shopify Payments team, we have identified the cause of the issue you're experiencing. Shopify Payments no longer exclusively utilizes Stripe; it now incorporates multiple payment processors at once. While your existing payout schedule remains the same, payouts on transactions processed by additional processors currently can not be scheduled and will always be paid out two business days after the transaction took place.
