If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

Try again later.
Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

Need Shopify support team to resolve it.

Hi @viv8991,

That does seem very strange. I can confirm there have been no reported outages on the Shopify side of things. I took a look on Google Chrome and the website does seem to be connected and running smoothly. I took a screenshot which you can see below:


Can I see what the error message you are getting is? Can you also try on Chrome or a different browser to see if it shows up for you then, maybe on a different device also? Shopify supports Firefox as noted in this help guide here. If it does show up, it might be a device issue or something to do with Firefox. It could be worth doing a cache clear and checking if that helps. 

P.S. Love the Prestige theme. I am also using it for my store and recognised it on yours straight away. I love it!
