We have come across a scammer

If anyone has recently received any messages from a person on their Shop Inboxes called
Esha Shah 
Email Address:  raoab139@gmail.com 

Company:  https://sustainablysilkdistributions.co.uk/ 

Please report it to me ASAP!    They are scamming the owner which does not know about this...if anyone is really tech savy, could you find out some details from their website to find out exactly where they are located? 

I have narrowed them down to Singapore

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing difficulties with a store you believe is using the Shopify platform. We appreciate you expressing your concern here over this matter. Are you a customer of this store? 

I recommend reading through our Online Order FAQ. These are the best steps you can follow when difficulties with an order from a store you believe is using the Shopify platform. Have you already contacted the store owner in regards to sorting out your order or issue? 

Ultimately, if you have exhausted all attempts to contact the store directly, and have waited over 30 days for an order, the next step is to contact your bank or payment provider used (such as PayPal) for the next steps.

While I understand wanting to take action yourself, please remember that requesting personal, or sensitive information from other users is against our Community Guidelines

That being said, listed in this document, there is a section on how to file a complaint against a store. If you would like to file a complaint directly with our internal team, you can do so via this link. As well listed in the document I linked, is a section on what to do if you believe a store is operating illegally, or is in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

Please note that we do not condone any type of fraudulent behavior. We take matters like this very seriously and take all necessary actions when stores are not acting in good faith. We will take a look into the stores’ activity and take action where appropriate.
