Webhook for multiple confirmation emails

I've found tutorials and instructions on how to create a webhook but how do I create the code for the multiple emails confirmation emails for different products? That's the only piece I am missing to complete this puzzle. I'd prefer to do this on my own rather than find a shopify specialist. TIA!
