Webhooks not working

Hello,

Someone is experiencing errors with the Webhooks, especially those that include a port. Until these last few days, I'm not sure exactly when it started failing, but a few days ago, I stopped receiving the Webhooks. I tried sending a test, and I didn't receive it either. Do you know if something has changed or if it's some error?
