Why did my Shopify site deactivate after failed domain payment?

Hey! My website shutdown after me and my friend were gonna buy a domain and the payment didn't even go through so we were just wondering if we could resolve the issue or if it was just the age number on the card.

Otherwise, if you are able to log into your Shopify account via another device, I would suggest clearing your browser cache and making sure you are operating on the latest version of Google Chrome. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
