Website is down. No way to reach customer support or call/Chat. Frustrating!

I am wasting a lot of time while trying to find customer support at Shopify! This is disappointing. There is no option to chat/call for critical times!

Our website is down and we need help 'Now'.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

could you please provide a little bit more details? A link to your shop would be a good starting point. 

What exactly isnt working? What happened before? Did you make any changes before? Is your dashboard accessable?

I dont think anyone is able to help you when you just say "It does not work" 😉
