Website keeps reloading endlessly for some, and not for some others.

Hi, my website https://serenity.diamonds keeps reloading endlessly for some people and not for others. I've come across a situation where it keeps reloading when opening the link inside of Instagram's browser, but works fine in the phone's native browser. And at times it won't work, but in incognito mode it works. Help!

Hi @diveshtan, You should check whether your current theme has any issues or conflicts. Sometimes, customizations or outdated themes can cause problems. Try temporarily switching to a default Shopify theme, such as Debut or Dawn, to see if the issue persists.

Additionally, disable any recently installed apps one by one to determine if any of them are affecting your store. Apps that inject JavaScript or alter your site's behavior can sometimes cause unexpected issues.
