Website not clickable on some devices, sometimes

Hi all, I have discovered that my website is having issues- it's loading, but sometimes, on PC's and mobile, when you click on a link or even the menu, nothing happens. If you refresh it, it works again. this doesn't happen every time, or to every person who has tried it for me. what could be wrong?? I've noticed a drop off in orders, obviously!

shopify is a scam with zero customer service. thats one of the problems
