For some reason our store is not loading on multiple devices?? My store is mirrostudios.com can someone please help?? It loads sometimes but its not working for me and my friend’s phones and computers.
First, let’s try some quick fixes: clear your browser cache and cookies on all devices, and test it in an incognito window or a different browser to rule out local glitches.
Since it’s spotty across multiple devices, it could be a DNS propagation hiccup if you’ve recently updated your domain settings—give it up to 48 hours to settle, or double-check your A Record and CNAME in Shopify’s domain settings.
If it loads sometimes, it might be a theme or app conflict, try reverting to a default theme like Dawn temporarily to test. Pop your store URL into Google’s PageSpeed Insights too; slow load times can mimic “not loading” issues.

You try the following ways to find out the problem, hope these can help.
1. Test Different Networks & Disable Extensions
First, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue is with your internet provider.
Second, Open your browser in Incognito Mode and disable extensions (like ad blockers or VPNs) that might be causing problems.
2. Check Hosting, Domain & DNS
If you're on Shopify, check Shopify Status for outages. Then you can run ipconfig /flushdns on Windows or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on Mac to refresh DNS settings.
If all else fails, contact your hosting provider or domain registrar to check for issues.
