I loaded up your site here and I did experience an issue with loading your website. This is usually indicative of an issue with your domain and your domain settings. Is your domain a domain that you purchased through Shopify? Or, is it a domain hosted by a third party and is connected to your Shopify store? When you login to your Admin and go to 'Settings > Domains', do you see any error messages there related to your www.naturalumber.com domain?
