Website not working with some local networks

We are facing an issue with our store. Our store specifically does not load in one of our local network providers called "Du". We have two local network providers here in our country. "ETISALAT" & "DU". While the website works perfectly in ETI, some DU users are having issues with loading the website.

We thought it would have been the network provider issue. However, once we contacted and troubleshoot the issue from "Du", we found out that the problem isn't occurring from the local network company. Rather, this might be a problem either with the Shopify server or Sub-domain. We dig deep with our sub-domain and found no error. We understood it might be something with Shopify itself.

We recently tried to log in to https://shopify.com using Du network. However, even the Shopify website was not loading in Du networks.

Please note that it only happens to some users. Not all Du network users

Did anybody have a similar kind of experience? If yes, how did you troubleshoot it? 

Any relevant answers will be appreciated as we are trying to get to the bottom of this and find a solutions asap.
