Hello, I am here to express my frustration with customer service, as I am receiving extremely poor support. I am facing issues with the Risk Control team, which is not doing its job properly!
My website was deactivated five months ago without any explanation, reason, or prior notice. Even after it was deactivated, I received no email or communication. I had to reach out to ask what had happened. They sent me an email requesting documents such as ID, company registration, and address. I responded to the email but was told documents were missing, so they denied my request without informing me which specific document was lacking.
I then resent the email with the missing documents, but they still did not accept it. Since then, for four months, I have been contacting them daily via live chat and email to the Risk Control team, but nothing has been resolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Initially, I was trying to reopen my website, but due to the poor service, I now only want access to what belongs to me, including my CSV file of products, images such as my logo and banner, and the source code of my website, which I paid for and therefore own.
Additionally, I need the sales data of the products so I can send them to my customers, who have been waiting for five months. I don’t know their addresses, and this has seriously impacted my business!
I demand a response. If my website is not reopened, I at least want access to everything that belongs to me!
