All things Shopify and commerce
I am having the same issue with the traffic to my store. I have my store so far for almost 3 months. Even if I make ads to my store of FB and Instagram still I don’t get anything. I get only like 2 views per day or sometimes I do post normally on TikTok and get like 12 views per day but no sale. If someone can give me some advice will be much appreciated and grateful for it. My site is https://aislejunction.com . Thank you guys 🙏🏻
Hello @GabrielM , I have visited your store and you made it well. However, I have some concerns about the pricing. Let's check how much your targeted audience can make a purchase. I checked one product which is the "13Pcs Makeup Brush Set" and set for around $16. which can be easily purchased for around $3-$5 from Aliexpress. These products do well but try to make some low-profit margins and high sales.
For the social media campaigns, try to hire an experienced marketer from any marketplace and give it a try with them.
Please feel free to ping me back if you need further assistance in this regard.

Hey, @GabrielM!
Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community — I'm happy to take a look at your store!
If you haven't already, I recommend checking out our guide with ways to drive traffic to your store. There are a lot of great methods that you may not have thought of, like writing irresistible meta descriptions, posting your store to Reddit, and driving excitement with contests and giveaways. You should definitely take a look and see which techniques you haven't tried yet.
I also wanted to provide some feedback for your store. You've done a great job so far (I especially love your contact/about us page!), and I think these actionable changes can take your store to the next level.
Favicon
I recommend adding a favicon, which is a small icon that brands your online store. It's a free an easy way to enhance your brand's visibility and gives your website a polished look. It appears next to your web address on browser tabs and bookmarks. You can check out this help document for more information and steps!
Homepage/banner
When accessing your store, it isn't immediately clear what you sell, as you can see here:
I think changing your hero image (which is the first large image on your store) would help customers connect with your store more quickly. Your hero image acts as a first impression for your brand, meaning they can be a very valuable asset to your business if used correctly. I recommend checking out this blog post all about hero images, and how to create an eye catching one!
Again, you've done a great job with your store, and I think if you try some new marketing techniques and make a few changes to your store, you can definitely see an increase in traffic and sales!
Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help.
