So I paid for the website to be up and it has been up for a week but recently I went to the site and it’s not showing up.

I understand you paid for your subscription plan, the website was successfully showing for one week however, your website is no longer displaying.  


I'd like to ensure I have all details to help you out. Could you provide information on the following:


  • Please share your store URL.
  • Please provide a screenshot of what you see when navigating to your website.
  • Are there any error messages/banners within your Shopify admin?
  • Have you received any email correspondence from our support team?
  • Can customers replicate the issue?
  • To confirm, have you removed your online store password?
