Weird floating line in announcement bar (color gradient?)

Hey there, I recently redesigned my website using a new template (Whisk) and the announcement bar (stock announcement bar beneath the add-on bar) currently has a weird pink line that shows up at the end of the color gradient (on the purple end to the right).  It swings around constantly and isn't a static line.  Is this an error in the code? Has anyone seen something like this?

Honestly, not sure what that is... But to remove it you can use the following css: 

img.bss-pl-frontend.bss-pl-top-right.bss-animated.bss-animate-swing.bss_pl_text_hover_link_disable {
    display: none !important;
}

On my end its a timer, Try tho open your store using incognito.
