What are some reliable alternatives to the Rewind backup app for new stores?

Hello,

I am looking at different backup apps and of course came across Rewind. I had some questions on how to estimate monthly orders since we are a new store and wanted to know what's best for us. I tried reaching out to their sales team twice on separate days and it says no one is available. If no sales team is available the couple of times I've tried, I can get a feel for how support would be.

What is a good alternative app that you folks are using with good success?
