Hi what is a great customer support system we can use that ties into a Shopify store?
Or are you all just using Outlook or something like that?

In terms of Support System we have quite many options you might think of, for instance: MooseDesk, Gorgias, Zendesk, Richpanel ... Here are my reviews on each.
1. Gorgias and Zendesk
They are considerable as big names in the customer support software industry, however you might want to check their price cause they will charge on each support agent and it's quite pricey for entrepreneurs in my opinion.
They offer wide range of features. I think that whatever you might need, they all have that. However in terms of better UI and organization, Gorgias is sure a better opponent compared to ZenDesk. I think their setting is quite complex and got me a long time to get used to it.
Other than that, their support teams are only focus on enterprise merchants, which is sort of disappointing if you are in need of help.
Knowing that a Shopify business owners might be in need of something exclusively made for Shopify, and with better charge, we've come up with a new Shopify app called MooseDesk. It offers ticketing system that connects all your channels. We also provide meaningful inbuilt data to make you capture your team performance. Basically serving just like Zendesk & Gorgias but built exclusively for Shopify merchants so cliches while using is minimized to the least.

Richpanel and Willdesk are choices I think is quite good. They share similar UI, good adaption for Shopify, somehow focus heavily on social requests (while MooseDesk, Gorgias, and ZenDesk focusing on ticketing through support mails).
RichPanel is just like WillDesk but a little bit more advanced. They fit for social-media-focused businesses.
