In terms of Support System we have quite many options you might think of, for instance: MooseDesk, Gorgias, Zendesk, Richpanel ... Here are my reviews on each.
1. Gorgias and Zendesk
They are considerable as big names in the customer support software industry, however you might want to check their price cause they will charge on each support agent and it's quite pricey for entrepreneurs in my opinion.
They offer wide range of features. I think that whatever you might need, they all have that. However in terms of better UI and organization, Gorgias is sure a better opponent compared to ZenDesk. I think their setting is quite complex and got me a long time to get used to it.
Other than that, their support teams are only focus on enterprise merchants, which is sort of disappointing if you are in need of help.
Knowing that a Shopify business owners might be in need of something exclusively made for Shopify, and with better charge, we've come up with a new Shopify app called MooseDesk.
