What happend to ShopifyPayments ?!!

Why I can't find the ShopifyPayments method like everyone else has for their stores ? and how can I get it a.s.a.p ?

Shopify payment is only available to certain regions or country. Here is the article where you can see the full list of Shopify payment's supported countries: Shopify Payments | Supported countries. There is a high possibility that the reason why you cannot see the Shopify payments method options is it is not yet available in your area.
