What is the best way to create 3 variants from 2 variant product?

At default when I import product from Zendrop I get variants like size and type, but in the type there this color and lenght combined: green-long, green-short, gray-long, gray-short. So there are only 2 selectors for "type" and size. I want there to be 3 selectors. So people can input from separate selector: color, input and size.
