What is the best way to incorporate School Fundraising Stores onto your shopify site

We have been asked by our local School District to sell apparel for them. They would like us to then donate a percentage of the sales back to them as a fundraiser. What is the best way to do this in Shopify? Are there any specific Apps that we should use that would help us with keeping track of what we would have to give back to the school?

Create a Shopify store using Printful or Printify for print-on-demand clothes. Integrate Give & Grow Donations to monitor and give away some amounts from sales to the school district.
Marketing should be done via school channels, with special focus on donation target. The reports provided by Give & Grow will then be used for fund allocation and calculation purposes.
One should make sure that he or she follows all the rules of operation provided by Shopify as well as observe the legislation of the country, where a fundraiser is organized, present transparent information about fundraising, and in case of doubt refer the matter to a lawyer.
