What is the most efficient way to advertise today?

Hey, my name's Cody. I'm currently running tillchristreturns.com, and I'm wondering what the best and most efficient way to advertise is? I tried $20 on Facebook from my page, and judging by the likes the audience wasn't as specific as I wanted it to be, and it didn't reach as much people as estimated. When answering this question, don't worry about considering whether or not I have a decent budget. If your reply seems like it'd help, then I will make it my goal to achieve more customers through that form of advertising.

HI Cody,

Some things that I learned through Facebook advertising is people really not looking for the product. They are in "enjoy mode", so better to fill Facebook with interesting and "engageing content" instead of driving traffic to the fan page. 

I think more on approaching existing influencers in the market niche and get their review about the product.

I see what you mean. I'm just trying to get put a great name on this whole thing, you know? I've also considered Instagram advertising. I've had an account for a while with a high amount of followers, and could get even more with the Instagram advertising, which would eventually bring in some views on my website.
