I took a look around our App Store and found an app called Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots. This app allows you to chat with your customers in real time and offers an AI component called Lyro AI bot that automatically solves your customers' questions. They also have some great reviews as well. If this interests you, you can consider using the free plan which allows for Chatbot with up to 100 visitors a month. You can also check out a list of similar apps that offer this functionality here. If you have any questions about the apps, or need a hand setting them up, feel free to reach out to the developers directly as they could provide some more information.  

If you are just starting out, I suggest viewing The General Checklist as it’s great tool that will ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up.  You can go through the check list and be confident that you have a finished product, that includes having your media, shipping and check out all in working order.
