Hi Shivani,

I took a quick look at your store — it's beautifully designed and visually attractive! However, I noticed that some important trust factors like your store policies are using Shopify’s default templates.

Many buyers check the policies before buying, and when they see generic or automated content, they might worry about the store’s credibility, which could delay or stop sales.

I would love to guide you fixing this and share you powerful sales tips in 2025 and other improvements that will boost your trust and conversion rate.

Would you like me to send you a quick audit with suggestions? Feel free to reach out via whatsapp +27614371690

Best,

Hi,

Your store looks great! That said, here are a few suggestions:

  • Promote on Niche Forums: Look for online communities where your target audience spends time. Share valuable insights and subtly introduce your store to build awareness and trust.
  • Analyze Store Performance:
    • Google Analytics 4 – Track where your traffic is coming from and identify pages where users are dropping off.
    • Hotjar – Use heatmaps and session recordings to uncover usability issues and understand how visitors interact with your site.
  • Add Product Reviews: Social proof builds trust. If you’ve sold elsewhere (e.g., Etsy, Amazon), import your positive reviews to reassure new visitors and boost credibility.
  • Create Urgency with FOMO: Install the Visitors Counter: Boost Trust app to show how many people are currently viewing a product. This creates a sense of urgency and can help increase conversions.

Regards,

Upsellise
