What needs to be done if we do some minor or major changes on existing application which is live.

Hi, our application is already live on Shopify, and we have updated our application, will be launching it's second version.
So in order to reflect the changes, what's the overall process, do we need to submit it for review again. if yes can yo u please explain in details like what exactly we need to do.

And if it minor changes, which will not cause any major changes. then what's in that case?
